Congratulations!! Being new parents, or even adding onto your family can be such a stressful time, but I promise you the photos will be worth it! I’m here to help you feel at ease and make this process stress-free. I will assist you in choosing outfits, swaddles, posing, and deciding whether an in-home or studio session is best for you. During your session, you're welcome to nurse as needed and I will follow you and your newborn's pace. My priority is everyone's happiness, I will never rush you, so don't ever apologize for a fussy baby. I recommend scheduling your session within 7-12 days of their arrival for the best sleepy baby pictures, and before they get baby acne. I only book 2 newborn sessions a month, so we can schedule your session after giving birth based on how you and your baby are feeling.

Taking your newborn photos in a studio in Raleigh can put your mind at ease. You don’t have to stress about cleaning or getting everything ready for a photographer to come into your home. You can just snuggle up on my cozy furniture to get some cute new family photos!

On the other hand, in-home sessions can be very sentimental because that's where your family holds so many memories. This is especially nice if you have older kids at home. Meeting someone new can already make toddlers a little shy, so if I come to an environment where they already feel comfortable, then they may warm up more easily. It's always so sweet when toddlers can show me their favorite toy, have me meet their dog, or ask me to read them a book. Lastly, you won't have to pack up the car or leave your house after giving birth. You will have unlimited outfits at your home so that you won't have to worry about spit-up or running out of diapers.

These Pictures were taken downtown Spokane at the studio. There are 3 different couches, so your session will be unique to you. Christmas decor is optional. ;)
